Sports nutrition can be a minefield of advice, myths and scientific jargon!
Join Kate for an easy-to-follow introduction to the subject, tailored exclusively for your sports club members (youth or adult) according to your discipline (e.g. running, swimming, triathlon, rugby, football, gymnastics).
The emphasis is very much how to turn theory into practice, to help your club members make the right food choices to fuel their sport and cook great meals to support their training. Day-in, day-out.
These courses can be in person with Kate, or online.
Online will be an interactive session via zoom, where you will need access to basic kitchen facilities as you will be cooking along with Kate. You don't need a club kitchen as members usually attend the course from their own kitchens.
In person talks will be held at your club facility. The talks are also as interactive as possible, although you will not need access to kitchen facilities.
