Go Faster Food Ltd Terms and Conditions for Online orders
Thank you for ordering from our website. Here’s the small print which is applicable to your purchase and which we will ask you to agree to at checkout. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time but those which are published at the time of your purchase apply to your order.

Availability of products
All orders are subject to availability. We’ll send you an email to confirm your order but this is not a guarantee of delivery. If we’re out of stock we’ll let you know how soon we can fulfil your order and if this isn’t soon enough for you, we’ll refund you in full.
Product description and prices
We will do our best to ensure that all information about product descriptions, prices and delivery charges (if applicable) are clearly indicated on the website. The prices quoted on the website refer only to products as sold via this website. All prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT where applicable (there is no VAT on books). If the information displayed when you make your order is incorrect we will correct it as soon as possible and allow you the option to continue with your order according to the correction or to cancel for a full refund. If we are unable to contact you in this instance we will cancel your order and refund you.
Making and paying for an order
When ordering, you can pay via Paypal, or using a valid credit or debit card via Stripe, and the address at which the card is registered must be the same as your billing address. Once we have received your order via the website we will confirm by email and dispatch it to you. If for some reason it is not possible to deliver your order we will cancel it and refund you the amount you paid for the products.
Delivery
Once you have paid in full for your order and we’ve processed and delivered it, then ownership of those products transfers to you. We will either send items out ourselves or use another company to do this for us. We will generally send your order by Royal Mail or a standard courier service for larger orders. You should receive the goods within 3 to 5 working days but we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If you experience any problems with delivery please give us a ring on 0117 2872407 as we’d really like to help resolve this quickly. Once an item has been delivered, risk of any damage or loss of the product transfers to you.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Once you have received your products hopefully you will be happy with them! However if for some reason you are not totally satisfied please get in touch by email at info@katepercys.com and we’ll try our best to help find a solution. If for any reason you wish to return the products to us you can do this within 14 days of the order date. Please return the sealed products in their original packaging to Go Faster Food Ltd, 13-14 Orchard Street, Bristol BS1 5EH. Once we receive the returned products we will refund the price of the product or replace it on request. Return delivery charges will only be refunded if the product(s) are faulty or damaged or there has been an error in dispatch. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you change your mind about an order you have the right to cancel it within 24 hours, in which case please get in touch by email info@katepercys.com. We can then cancel your order and issue you a full refund. If your order is already on its way we’ll ask you to wait till it’s arrived and then get in touch. Any refunds will be credited to the Paypal account or debit/credit card used for the original order.
Governing Law
The contract between you and Go Faster Food Ltd, under which you have made your purchases, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
